Hi
I took out a 24 month contract just under a year ago and was put on to a business contract. I don't have a business and never have had but the advisor in the o2 shop said she would put me on to a business contract. I can't remember the reason she gave. My question is can I transfer from a business contract to a personal contract, keeping the same number and would I have to restart my contract from 24 months or would it carry on from where it is now?
Thanks for your help

Why do you want to transfer now after being on this for a year ?
I'd suggest you ring your business CS from your phone on Business Customer Service Number Charges
From your O2 mobile 8002 Free
From a landline 0800 977 7337
To discuss your options.
They will advise you on your contractual agreement you have with them and any fees if applicable to
Proceed with any changes.
Keeping your number wouldn't be a problem.
