Hi,
I have a Huawei P20 Pro, there is a small amount of damage to the back screen already.
This past week, my apps have stopped working, I have a pop up to close, wait or give feedback.
The buttons to go back, the extra home button you can get on the screen doesn't work.
It won't let me view photos in my gallery, they won't open and if they do they are grey.
When the phone is charging it buzzes and doesn't let me open anything.
The phone is only 2 years old and I still have a contract for another year, but at this rate I won't be able to use the phone.
It is fully updated.

Thank you for your help.

You need to send it to O2 for repair. Make sure you take note of the IMEI number, this ensures you get your phone returned.

If you have insurance, you can claim via that route. Info re O2 insurance here

The best thing to do is to try a factory reset, which will completely wipe the phone so make a back up.

I would also contact Huawei Support details can be found here:

https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
