Hi I've just swapped my sim to keep my original number can I still use my original Ecard to top up

Yes you should be able to as it's connected to your phone number

Hi @Anonymous  As long as you are using the e card for the number you registered initially you should have no problem (as long as the sim swap has been successful)

To make sure it is working ....top up for the minimum amount required then check your balance immediately. If there are any problems then ring 4445

E Top up cards are registered to the phone number.
If the number is the same, then the card is the same.
