Solved: Sim Card Rejected

My baby cousin was playing on my phone, and got all the passwords attempts incorrectly and now my sim card has been rejected. Whenever i turn on my phone a message pops up saying 'Sim Card Rejected'. I type in the PUK sim, it seems that it hasn't unblocked it. I have a Nokia Asha 201, please can someone help me unblock my phone?

Only O2 can help you with a PUK Code.

Try again here ; http://www.o2.co.uk/puk/landing/

Also try your sim in another phone just to make sure its the sim at fault or alternatively another sim in the phone.

Remove the sim and give it a clean and re insert to see if that remedies the issue.

from the puk page above you now need a new sim with that message.
