Samsung stopped working

My Samsung galaxy s20 5g has just suddenly stopped working, it was switched on and working fine then about 30mins later it was turned off and won't respond to anything even if I try to charge it.

O2.co.uk/contactus also might be worth speak to samsung if you call o2 stay silent and hit the button for upgrades and lost ir stolen then you'll be out through to someone best to call 8 to 8 30am lees que

Try holding vol down and power until phone vibrates.

If that doesn't work, contact Samsung to get it looked at https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
