Hi folks not sure if I'm in the right place.
I purchased the Samsung S7 FE 5G 19th December 2021 and I'm yet to receive any updates on its delivery. I understand there are issues with the supply so am willing to wait.
My primary concern is when I purchased the S7 it came with an £80 cash back as part of the deal. Which can only be made once I've received the device (assuming it will come will instructions on how to make the claim).
However the terms and conditions state that I need to claim within 60 days of purchase. If I receive the device after the 60 days am I still eligible to make the claim/ will the 60 day be extended?
