Samsung Galaxy Buds FE - One earbud is much quieter than the other

I've only had these earbuds since August but realised probably 6 weeks ago that one earbud, the left side, is much much quieter than the other side.

The difference can't be corrected through the sound balance as it's still barely hearable.

Tried resetting the buds and letting them fully power down then recharge but haven't got a fix yet.

Is there anything I can do or do they need to be sent back?
