Solved: Samsung Chromebook

Hi,

I'm trying to claim the chromebook having got a S21 on monthly contract but Samsung want an invoice number and a copy of the invoice. As I do not have an invoice what do I send instead? A copy of the credit agreement?

You can use your order details from your MyO2.

If you print it as a PDF you can attach it electronically.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should also be able to help you with this
