Solved: Ringtone download help!!!!!

Hi All!

Just ordered a ringtone from O2 for my new Huawei phone but dont have a clue how to put it on the phone. Have paid for it but cant use it! Can you help me please?

It's not a service I have used but the usual method is that you will get a text or email with a weblink that you follow which will download the tone to your phone. You then need to select the tone to use as ringtone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
