Removal of a Bolt on

I have recently changed phone, I now have a HTC, So I was removing my blackberry bolt on .. However is just tells me its being processed and 'to be removed' how long will this take ? As mi reluctant to top up if the bolt on will still take my money?

It should drop off on its anniversary date.

If your concerned then ring 02 on 202 for pay monthly customers or 4445 for payg customers.
