I can’t get my Radley Smart watch to connect to my iPhone, on an o2 contract but phone not purchased through O2, any ideas, thanks

I'm under the impression that these watches connect by Bluetooth therefore O2 should not come into the equation.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
