Hello,my challenge with my o2 number is that with £10 and
after registering my number,I cannot make or receive calls.Whenever i
dial any number,it says-Call forwarding -conditional. And it will
automatically linked my calling to o2 top up custoomer care.What kind
of divertion is this?Please,help me out.I have 10 pounds pn it a;ready

The divert to the top up line is because you either don't have credit / allowance or the number you are trying to call isn't covered by your allowance, ie. an international call.
Check account status here http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and if it shows you on a big bundle you will need additional credit to call numbers outside of those allowances.
