Hi can anybody help, for the past week my phone will not let me receive texts but it will let me send them, does anybody know of a solution as it won't let me make calls so I cant call O2

Can you try your sim in another phone?

Tried sim in another phone, still same problems can send texts and make calls but cant receive texts

I'd go for a sim swap.
Pop into any o2 shop and they'll do it for you.
