Pre Order of Samsung galaxy Buds 3 pro Silver

Hi,

 

I pre-order Samsung Galaxy Buds 3pro Silver last July 15 2024, the said date it will be delivered is July 19 2024, but there is no email about it, then there is a technical issue about it and said it will be delivered next month, 1st week of August. I waited for email and there is non, i waited til august 15 for any update, but there is non, i called costomer service about it and it says it is still in process, i said to them i will cancel the oreder and i want a refund. There raise the issue and wait for 3-5 working days, so after 1 week of waiting i called again, they said it was on process for pre order, i said i raise a cancelation and a refund last week, then they said they will raise it to the manager and wait for 3-5 days for refund, so i been calling then 6 timea already and its been almost 3 months. I Call in today and said it still on Process on Pre Order, WTF then the costomer service said to me wait 48 hrs for cancelation and 3-5 working days for refund, the Samsung Buds 3pro is already on Amazon and Store. So anyone have same problem? What did you do?

This isn't customer services, and to be honest Samsung completely fubar'd the manufacture of the Buds 3 Pro, so not surprised that orders went into a black hole.. 

 

You need to call the Sales Team and cancel the order, but it can take 14 days in total for your refund.. 

 

You can also raise a complaint here but that can take 8 weeks to be resolved https://o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
