I’ve brought a new car with sat nav in and I can’t seem to link my phone up to play my Spotify, I can make and answer calls through it but can’t play music. Others can play their music through it but for some reason it won’t let me play mine. Any ideas?

Check the permission settings within the Bluetooth connection on the phone.
