Phone keeps losing signal overnight

Anonymous

Have to restart my phone every morning to get the signal back.  I'm using a Nokia 1020, only started happening after the 4G network appeared on my phone a few months ago.

Help!

In the settings menu, have a look for / inside " Mobile+Sim " & then go to " Sim Settings "

What is your highest connection speed currently set to, is it 3G or 4G?

If it's 4G then try selecting 3G as a test & then see if the phone looses signal over night.

First off get a sim swap (in store or from ordering from CS), if that doesn't work you'd have to suspect the phone or network issues.

Hi,

Are you able to insert your current sim in another 4g compatible phone as a process of elimination?
