I recently bought an O2 Pay as you go Sim and added an Internet Bundle for £10 where I get 7GB of data for a month. I know this has been activated as I've tested the 4G connection on my phone and it works. However, when I insert the sim into a 4G USB Dongle (the Huawei E3372h - https://www.amazon.co.uk/E3372h-320-Unlocked-network-Genuine-Warranty-White/dp/B085RDTZMP/ref=sr_1_5...) , the light flashes cyan rather than a solid cyan. This means it has established a 4G connection but won't establish an Internet Connection. I know the dongle works fine with other sim cards however, I can't work out why it doesn't work with this one. Do I need to activate something else so the o2 sim card will work inside a USB dongle.

You can't use a phone sim in a dongle.
It must be a data only sim.

It may not be picking up the settings for the o2 sim card.
You will need to set the APN in the Control Panel for the Huawei Dongle - mobile.o2.co.uk or try payandgo.o2.co.uk and then try to connect
