O2 tracks on BB10 not playing

I've deleted and re-installed O2 Tracks on my Z10 a couple of times and each time a track is selected a meesage pops up that it's being downloaded but that's as far as it gets. No music plays, though the videos seemed to be OK before I removed it again.

I'll wait now until 10.2.1 is released to try again, but anyone else having trouble?

I don't use it so sadly I can't help out.

Do I need to register for it or anything? If I don't then I'll install it and see if it works

It sends a code by text message to your mobile number and that's it I think.

If you're not on a 4G tariff yet it will be a trial period.
