Been told by a friend O2 open can be applied for wearable instore ie Microsoft band 20% off another store told me no so who is telling the truth

If you are an O2 Open customer you can use your code for a 20% discount on accessories.

That offer is in Priority.

I think it has been available for a while now, but the OP got lucky... You can only have the 20% if you are taking out a new O2 open contract, not if you already have one.
