O2 Blackberry not receiving calls or texts

My husband and I both have O2 Blackberrys and neither are working today, we are not receiving calls or texts but have full signal! If anyone tries to ring it just diverts automatically to voicemail, but no message comes through to tell you there is a voicemail message left nor do you get a missed call symbol. We also have an iPhone on O2 which is working perfectly well. Can anyone shed any light on to what is wrong?

Have you tried checking your area's coverage on status.o2.co.uk?

I take it you have tried removing the battery of each phone and putting it back in again?

if this doesnt work you could try resending the Service Books but without knowing which BlackBerry phones you have I cant help with menu options on how to do that.

Here is how to do it on several different OS versions:

Try this then take the battery out and put it back in. In about a years time when the blackberry turns back on it should be working fine for you.
