Hi, I am new to smart phones, but have had a nokia lumia for two months, it has gone rogue on me and inputs its own code for unlocking and enters it, my phone is now locked and I need a puk, I will go to the O2 shop later today, before it got this bad it would start texting random gibberish whilst I was texting someone or it would go through my phone and in to documents and even rang some one for me, it was very annoying, ps I am john in Brixton Clapham area of london

Try updating the software on the phone and if this does not work then your probably best sending it off to be looked at.

I went to 0 2 but once they worked out i was not a New Contract they had no interest, come back late tomorrow evening when the guru is not busy they said or we can send the phone off for 7/14 days, I rang O2' they said ring nokia, nokia is closed for help lines, tried O2 chat they said wait for guru, bye. Basically if you are not new money or ld customer leaving no one gives a sheet

I would deal with Nokia direct O2 repairs are known to be rubbish
