Any new news on the Nokia Lumia 920 becoming available on O2?
The EE exclusivety finishes today (31st December 2012) and as of yet there has been no definitive answer from any of the other networks, other than the odd rumour on a tech site. There is no sign of the phone on the Coming soon section of the shop either.
Surely you want to sell the WP8 flagship phone?

Got a call from o2, asking if I've used my pac code. Tried to offer me 920 in black for £32.00pm on a 2 year contract. Explained its cheaper for me to buy the phone outright and £20 sim only. Showed him the Orange deal and he said that i can only offer the higher deal.
Was wondering that if i got the deal at £32.00pm, do you think that before the cooling off period i could renegotiate the tariff or send the phone back

I like your thinking... worth a try, I guess.

Unfortunately you can't renegotiate your tariff within the 7 day cooling off period - you would need to try get a good deal before you agree to it.
You could always take out a cheaper tariff where the handset may cost a bit more and then go to o2.co.uk/recycle to trade in your old phone for some money off the new one?

well when i got my Iphone on a deal, I phoned up and said am sending it back, O2 reduced it by £4.00. Might try it again.
its actually O2 loss as if they can't give me the deal ill have to move both my contracts and home bb.

Wow, shades of baby. I'm sure you would give this kind of adive to everyone who wants to buy a car in a colour other than black? Or a new coat or t-shirt?
I'm glad we don't all live in the colourless world you desire.

Difference is the car dealer stocks all the colours, so does the clothes shop, O2 do not. Everyone moaned that O2 did not stock the handset, then moaned that they were only offering it in black. If you want a neon orange handset, as I said, then go down to Toys R Us, otherwise stop moaning and buy the black one, jeaze.
I did not moan, I got myself over to Vodafone and bought a black one.
Oh and for those who said it overheated and kept rebooting, not a sign of any of that, fantastic handset, best thing I ever done and would highly recommend it to everyone.
