Nokia Lumia 920 freezing touch screen do not work - still in o2 contract but been getting charged.

I had this as an option for replacement of lumia 800.

Unfortunately It has been kept on frozen after 6 months. Everytime I had this frozen I used to reset to factory reset and used to work for a while. Now after 1 year and 4 months it has been completely frozen and I was still in contract with o2 and o2 has been charging for repair and says that it was a refurbished phone and it was a 1 year warranty. I am very sad for charge. It has been looked very well and no damage or no scratch anywhere.

If it failed after the first 6 months you should have sent in in for repair then instead of waiting.
Your only option now is to contact Nokia directly to see if they can help you.

It's a shame you didn't have it looked at while under guarantee, not much you can do now except pay for a repair or replace it.

If the cost is a problem you could buy a cheap phone to use for the rest of your contract.
