Nokia Lumia 920 Screen Unresponsive

Hi. I have recently recieved my Nokia Lumia 920 in the last two months. I have had no issues with it what so ever until the last 3 days where the screen has become completely unresponsive. I have access to 3 buttons on side (Volume, Power, Camera) Other than this the phone is completely useless. I have read on a number of forums this seems to be a big issue with Windows phones. I have tried a hard reset aswell as A soft reset. I managed to get the screen working for all of 5 minutes before it becoming unresponsive again. Has anyone actually found a fix for this as of yet? Any help will be massively appreciative.

Hi Ross, take a look at the following link http://discussions.nokia.com/t5/Nokia-Lumia/Lumia-920-is-unresponsive/td-p/1748580 looks like its just not you with the issue. Looks like you need a replacement handset. Hope this helps. Brian
