Solved: Nokia Lumia 800 Marketplace error

We bought our son a Nokia Lumia 800 on contract for Christmas, and he is unable to access the Marketplace. An errorcode of 805ab406 comes up everytime. Does anyone know how he can fix this problem. We are paying a monthly contract, but he cannot purchase any apps as can't get through to the marketplace. Help please!!!!!

yes this code usually appears when the email address used isint verified by microsoft , try changing it to hotmail.com , also can u access www.windowsphone.com from there u can download apps and manage ur phone easily

What email address domain are you using for your live ID? Can you log into windows live on a PC with the same email and allow microsoft to verify the email address? If not you may have to change to an email that you can verify. You will also have to hard rest the phone to remove the old email address as you can only have one live id on the phone at a time.
