Nokia Lumia 625 - No Network

Anonymous
Not applicable

I let my phone run out of battery yesterday, i put it on charge but my charger didn't work so as a result my phone kept going off and on. I have now charged it up with my spare charger but i cannot get any network.  I have turned it on and off, restarted it, and also turned it on and off flight mode, any suggestions?

It's a common problem with the phone unfortunately, sometimes a soft reset helps (power + vol down, hold for 20-30 seconds), sometimes a hard reset (from phone menu) and sometimes they need to go in for repair 😞

Hi.

Check your service status via your postcode here as it may not be the phone.

http://status.o2.co.uk

Try sending ACTIVE to 2020 and saving the settings and re boot.

Here is a good help thread.
