All of a sudden the internet will not work on my phone. the internet obviously works as i can use my computer to type to yourself. I only purchased the phone from your O2 shop in Batley in the last couple of months. Do you have any idea as to why this is no longer working?

Is your laptop connected to WiFi (for you to connect here)?
You may want to check that WiFi is still turned on, on the phone.

Another query...when did the internet on your phone stop working?  I just wonder (as you have a laptop) whether it has ever worked since you have been abroad...

I have a laptop which I keep in Spain...I rarely try to access the internet over the phone when I land...as I just boot up the laptop when I get to my apartment ?......
