Hiya guys and gals.
I have a problem with my O2 store in manchester arndale.
I have had my phone now for at least 2 months; I preordered my phone on my birthday (14th Sept), but in that period of preorder and collection till now, I STILL have not had the accessory bundle given to me.
Yes its free....and why am I complaining.....but....they keep telling me that they are sorting it out, how hard is it to track this down for me???
I have spoke to Nokia, they said they cannot do anything. I have spoke to O2 over the phone, and they said its an 'in store promotion', so they couldn't do anything to help me.
Is there anyone else that hasn't received their 'pre ordered' accessory bundle??
Please reply and post suggestions to help me.

Well I spoke to the web chat for complaints, and she said that because it was an in store promotion, I have to consult them about it.
I thought it was a Regional O2 promotion to have the accessory bundle whne you preorder the phone with them.
Looks like its the ombudsmen.

No ignore live chat and use the impartial review service the ombudsman will not deal with it until you have completed the complaint cycle and reached deadlock.

SO......
Finally some progress!
After reaching out to the O2 complaints department, they have gotten back to me.
They have ordered me a "1020 accessory bundle gwp", but because they could not check the stock levels, they will then get back to me if the items will get delivered, or not. But hopefully it will.
Fingers crossed!!

Well.....
This issue that has taken 2 and a half months to sort out, has finally been resolved!
My "1020 accessory bundle gwp" just came in the post this morning!! WOOP WOOP!!
Granted, they are all in Black (since my phone is Yellow), but I am just gonna accept it and move on.
So, Thanks guys and gals for the advice!!!

Well TBH.
It would have been nice to have all yellow accessories......
But, meh, I can live with the Black ones, I leave my phone naked anyway, and thats what gets seen the most. lol.
What colour did you get??
