I DON’T BELIEVE THIS!!!
After upgrading my phone to a Nokia Luma820 I have found out that Nokia's own “Nokia Software Updater” and “Nokia Suite” don’t support the Luma820 phone so I can’t use their programs to backup my phone’s information or download apps via their programmes.
Now after logging into my O2 account and going onto the “Bluebook” which states I can back up my contacts names and numbers in my phone book and it’s FREE and there are over 150 phones supported by Bluebook. But just my luck O2 DON’T support the Luma820 phone what a surprise!!!
What’s the point of having a new phone that is not supported by the manufacture or anyone else?
Why am I being forced to use the “Cloud” as the only way to backup my information? I don’t want to use the cloud.
