Hi - a problem has recently developed with my Nokia C7 - the screen becomes completely unresponsive, apparently at random. The 'unlock' function also fails to respond, and the only action available appears to be to switch off and start again... except that the power-off button also sometimes becomes unresponsive.
During a conversation last Thursday evening with O2 support, I was advised that the software (Belle version 111.030.0609) should be upgraded, and I would be sent an email instructing me how to do this. Five days later no such email has been received.
Furthermore, Nokia Suite tells me that the version I have is up-to-date and no upgrade is available.
Any help would be most welcome... as things stand I have no faith in O2 support to sort this out!
