Hi

my mum has a Nokia 6303 and its stopped receiving texts today. She can send them but doesn't receive any.

Can anyone help?

Turn off, remove battery and sim, replace and restart.

Thanks for your reply but already tried that. She's not getting incoming calls either.

Check for any signal issues in your area http://status.o2.co.uk/
After that you need to consider a SIM or phone issue....
