Nokia 225 internet not working

Anonymous
Not applicable

I had an iphone 5. it broke, so I got a nokia 225 and inserted the same sim that was in my iphone into it. It was inserted correctly due to being able to make calls and send and receive text messages. I got a message through about installing the data and MMS settings and I installed them both. However I have NOT been able to access the internet. A message keeps coming up reading: Can't load this page at the moment. Check your phone signal. I have full bars but the data just wont seem to work. I am o2 pay monthly if this makes a difference but someone please give me some form of answer. Ive been googling all night and the only Internet settings ive found are for other nokia phones. Ive turned the phone on and off several times and also reinstalled the settings by texting ACTIVE to 2020 - still no luck.

You will need to call CS on 202 and change your data bolt on from iPhone to standard data.

It won't update immediately - it needs the systems to run overnight and you can check if it's been actioned in your MYO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
