Solved: No incoming with TUgo 2.45

Hi all, I have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted etc etc. I can get incoming calls texts and send texts but for the life of me no outgoing. My other phone with 2.40 works perfectly. Anyone know here I can dowm load the old version 2.40.2?
