I switched to SIM only at the weekend, now do not receive txt msgs but can send.
Phone has been powered off, rebooted etc
All othe functionality ok (web/email etc)
Phone - Nokia Lumia 925, 2 years old, perfect condition

Open messages, settings and type in the message centre number :

Check in My O2 which data plan you are on.

been on O2 chat, they've advised that it was an issue with the TuGo app on a tablet which hasnt been used for a while !?!

Salt in pinches...more to do with the tariff change rather than Tugo I think. Call 202.

Data Plan is fine
As mentioned, O2 state it was an issue with TuGo on a tablet - I remain to be convinced !!

Was advised to wait for txt's from this week to filter thru - apparently "a few hrs" ?
Current txt's seem to be ok now
I ensured I got call ref an screenshot'd from Chat session
We'll see if i need to go back later, will also try 202 - thx all
