Not certain it can be barred as I believe they are wifi only but you should definitely change your Nintendo password and sign out of all devices as your stolen device may be open to abuse that way.

You will need to claim for the loss on any insurance you have to replace the item but you must still continue to pay O2 as normal as you have a credit agreement with them which must be honoured.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Jabuuu16 - sorry to hear you have had your device stolen. You'll need to call O2 and report it as stolen so they can deactivate the SIM first of all, numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support - call around 8am UK time to get on the call queue early. This needs to be done urgently, as you will be liable for all call and data charges until O2 bar the number/SIM.

If the call queue is already full, your only other option is to message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this as well.

You will need the O2 account details that your Nintendo used as well, the SIM details and phone number and address. If you still have access to your MyO2 account, these details will be available there. Good luck!
