If not, it may not have left O2 yet due to being out of stock or credit checks etc,
but you'll need to call customer service to check.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

@Tablet Hi, as it states - Shipped - You would expect it to be sent or at least in the process of dispatch, and unlikely that it would be out of stock.
You say it's been 3 days but two of those days are the weekend, maybe it was sent Friday for delivery on Monday.
Fingers crossed for Monday, if not I would contact O2.

Depending on order time it may not have been processed until Friday either, but the only way to know for sure, the specific details of your order, is to call O2.
