New Sim

I got a new micro sim card for my new Nokia 520 phone. I put it in, but when it asked whether i was on 'pay and go' or 'pay monthly' i accidently selected 'pay monthly' instead of 'pay and go'. I now dont get any signal anywhere, and cannot top-up my balance. Any way i could go back and swap the option????? Thanks slight_smile

A sim can take up to 24 hours to activate.

If it is still not activated after 24 hours then please contact customer services.

If it is a replacement sim then see this link: https://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?NEW,Kb=Companion,Ts=Webforms,T=SIMactivation

SIM isn't activated. The PAYG/Pay Monthly choice only applies to data settings and not calls & texts.
