Anyone know why I suddenly can't receive MMS messages.
I guess I need to change something in the settings, but when I went on the O2 to find out what they should be, it says you need to go to the 'mobile guide', a link is supplied which just takes you to the home page...
I have searched for this so called mobile guide and it doesn't seem to exist.
The O2 web site is pretty awful at best, so hopefully someone on here will be able to help.

As long as you Lumia is up to date then you will have a network selection app within the top level of your settings.
Enter that and select your type of connection (Postpay or Prepay).
Restart and voila.
I've found manually entering the settings tends to lead to more issues.
For future reference to others, if when receiving a MMS it leads you to a website, it means that your account at O2's end is not set up for MMS. If it fails to download it would point to either a internet connection issue or a MMS settings issue.

I have changed the settings... and it wont let me send a picture to myself.
The picture someone else sent me just give me the message/link saying "Get media content now" which just doesn't do anything.
