I placed an order that should have been here on Monday and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried tracking it and it just says when it’s dispatched but it’s been stuck like that for the last 3 days! I’ve tried to contact O2 but I can’t seem to talk or get hold of anyone?

It might just be me, but maybe the delivery driver has stolen your order, I've seen it happen to other people waiting on phones, PlayStations, training shoes infact anything they fancy having themselves, and letting other people either pay for it or wait a lifetime on a parcel that is not going to arrive. Just a thought. Oh and sorry for being all doom & gloom.
