My blackberry has stopped allowing me to send photos in emails or texts

I have Blackberry Bold and until recently could send photos by email or text then suddenly this facility seems to have stopped working. Now what happens after pressing send is, uploading for a while then a red cross appears. Any clues as to why this is the case?

Many Thanks

Go to Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table and press the Blackberry Button (the one with the dots on it) and then press 'Register Now'.

Give it 5-10 mins then, while the phone is still on, take the battery out and put it back together. In about a year when the phone starts back up it should be working fine.

Contract or PAYG. If PAYG you need credit to send MMS messages, otherwise try resending your service books.
