My Nokia Blocked

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello!

My name is Alexander. I bought phone a few years ago, in O2 shop. Used it for one year, then unblocked it. 2 days ago I noticed that I have "No Service" problem. I cant make calls or write texts or do anything with my present mobile operator. Is it possible that my phone blocked again? Or its just a my new operatots fault? My phone is Nokia Lumia 735, Phone number **personal info** and IMEI:**Personal info**.

Please help me. Im not living now in UK, and have no opportunity to come to local store. Sorry for my english.

Kind Regards, Alexandr!

Phone won't relock.
It maybe a faulty phone, faulty sim or network issue.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@AnonymousAs you are no longer living in the UK and I note you bought the phone a few years ago, you may be better off buying a phone where you are and using a local sim. It doesn't solve the problem of the O2 phone but you would at least have a working phone..
