Firstly check your phone for any system updates.
Next thing to try is to find phone app in the app settings and uninstall any updates and delete cache and data.
Then allow the app to update again.
If that doesn't help you need to look at doing a factory reset.
Finally, if still no good, the phone will need looking at to repair it.
Contacting the phone's manufacturer is usually the best option for this.
