You can use that phone on O2 but not with an eSim.
All supported devices here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/esim

esims are supported in all esim devices as esim is a GSM standard, and I have had o2 esims working in a lot of phones, including development devices..
The RAZR 2019 is an esim device, and Lenovo have confirmed to me in the past it can be used on o2.
The page linked to, by others is so far out of dates its useless...and is missing a lot of devices.
Just make sure EE have unlatched the device, this may need Lenovo's involvement.

Pointless having a help page then, unless that's just waffle......

That help page is rubbish, its missing all the latest Samsungs, the Motorola Razr 5G, all the latest Pixels since the 4, and lots more..
It need a revamp completely...

If so, it would be best for @Suec to ask O2 for clarification rather than follow a hunch.
It would not be good to find out it didn't work after porting in to O2.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this @Suec

esims dont need specific devices it is a GSM standard, and I have had it confirmed in the past by Lenovo that the 2019 can be used on all GSM networks that provide esims, also have had it confirmed by o2's PS Team that its the case....
So not a hunch but reality, and the fact I can use esims in devices not on that list proves it to be the case... I even have an esim in a phone I doubt anyone at o2 would know what it is...
