Mobile leaking money!

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello. my name is Sue and this is my first post and my enquiry is on behalf of my partner. Oz has a Lumia 435, and it's leaking credit. The phone is losing between £1 and £2 every 24 hours. He has no apps or any other money draining thing switched on.

Do any of you have any idea how this might be resolved please.

Hi @Anonymous

Has your boyfriend got mobile data turned on? If so this will be the reason...he is being charged to use it. He needs to turn mobile data OFF and just use Wifi for accessing the internet etc...

It's the web daily issue, it will take £1 off every day at around midnight to give you 24 hours internet usage. Do as @Cleoriff has correctly advised & turn off mobile data & stick to wifi where possible then you won't have this again
