I have a mobile data only device and need to change my address on the account. For security, O2 send a code to the telephone number - the problem being, the code is sent to the number of the data device where there is now way of accessing any message - i e a security code. I have another mobile phone number registered as a contact number, but the system is set to only send the code to the device I am trying to change. Any suggestions please ?

Put the sim in your phone.
All sims will receive texts.
