Missing duo charger

Hello,

 

I purchased the new samsung galaxy watch under the black friday sale. I was expecting to get a free samsung wireless duo charger as part of the offer but I haven't received it.

 

Anyone else had this issue? o2 are difficult to get in contact with

thanks everyone. finally managed to get in contact with the right department and they don't know what happened so are sending out the charger for me to pick up in store
