Meta Quest 3

I just purchased another meta quest 3 with batman and 3 months meta+ subscription.

However when trying to get my 3 months free subscription, meta want more proof. I sent the proof of purchase but that is NOT good enough.

They wont give me my 3 months trial? they gave me batman though.

Any Ideas what i can do to resolve this?

I would be asking Meta exactly what it is they want and in what format

Can't see anything in Terms and Exclusions

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
