Hi
The map option is not working at the moment.
When I type in an address, it says
"we can't find brixton station
try connecting to the internet. To search while offline, download a map of the area"
I tried to find an email address I can email to, but can't find any.
Thanks

My mobile data is turned off, as it says
"mobile data may be used in the background and may incur charges. Turn it off to help avoid additional charges"
Thanks

Has this always been the same problem or a recent issue? Hopefully it's just temporary but a bit more info would be useful such as it's this a new phone to yourself and have you changed from android or ios? Contract or P&G?

@RM19894 If it's a Nokia phone it won't be IOS. See this link to download maps offline, but in order to do that you need to turn on your mobile data, as you have no WiFi access. https://support.google.com/maps/answer/6291838?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en
After you download the map area you need you can then turn mobile data off. Then turn on your location in your settings.

@RM19894 you are getting that message because your data is turned off.
If you are on a bundle tariff you will have data that you can use which you can check in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Maps don't require much data as they only use it for searching.
