I just lost my phone on the bus. How do I get it blocked and get another sim of same number?

or 202 off someone else's O2 mobile

Phone O2 customer service & they will bar the imei of the phone so nobody can use it then ask them to send you out a new SIM card

You should also report the lost phone to the police, should someone be honest and turn it in. Give them the make and model number and the IMEI. Report the loss to the bus company as well.

When you receive the new simcard you will have to call customer service to have the bar removed from the account.

Did you activate find my phone ??

If you did you can lock phone and erase phone from your Microsoft Account on your PC or Laptop. Just log into your Microsoft Account and use find my phone, it will show the last location of phone you can Ring Phone or Send a Message to phone advising person who is using it to return phone. Lock Phone from being used or Erase Phone memory. o2 Will be able to Bar Sim Car and send you another.
