As of today I am day 5 into this very problem. Upgraded to Ultra 2 from series 7....followed the unpair/pairing steps as I've done previously over the years. No data on the Ultra and rang 202. WOW!!!! asking me to open the app to settings that don't exist!! Unpair...pair...reset...unpair...pair reset. After the merry go round lasted 3 hours I was told its fixed!!! My watch had data!!! They basically charged me to a new data plan!!! After I found him out he cancelled it immediately. I was advised to go into my nearest store....poor lads are sales teams not tech support or contract support...in the store for 2 hours on the phone to o2...how cant the store call them direct??? with no end in sight.
This is a joke!!!!
